My dog was at the vet and diagnosed with larangeal paralysis. What are some side effects your dog has had from Aminophylline?.What would cause dog pre-seizures only?.If there's no more vomiting feed him the bland diet for 2 days then gradually start mixing in his regular food in increasing amounts over the next 3 to 4 days until he's off the bland diet and back on regular food. If he starts vomiting again with the introduction of solid food he likely needs to see his veterinarian. Feed 1/4 of a cup per 10 pounds of dog 2 to 3 times daily. Make a homemade bland diet by boiling hamburger chunks until fully cooked (10 to 15 minutes, the color of fully cooked meat should have no red or pink) then mix in a 50:50 proportion with fully cooked plain white rice. If giving water only goes well you can try a bland diet tomorrow. You can try fasting him for a few hours then offering small amounts of water only the rest of the day. The question is why is your dog vomiting? Did he eat something he should not have like a toy or table food or did he eat something on a walk or in the yard? If he vomits a few times and then stops it's likely he ate something that irritated his gastrointestinal tract and this was a way of getting rid of it. Mucous from the stomach and esophagus will look thick, white and sometimes foamy when it is vomited up. By: Kara McCarty El Segundo, CA Replied on
